Mr. Narendra Kumar Poddar is associated with the Company since 1979. Earlier he has worked as Managing Director/Executive Director of the Company in the past. Mr. Poddar is a Commerce Graduate with Honours and has excellent business and administrative experience. The Company under his guidance ensures high efficiency in execution of orders and overall cost efficiency. He acts as a visionary for Corporate Strategy and Goal Formation. The driving force behind the Company, his said experience is vital for smooth functioning of the organization at large. Mr. Akshat Poddar, Managing Director

Mr. Akshat Poddar is associated with the Company since 2010. Mr. Poddar is a B.A. (Honours) in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham (U.K.) and has working experience with M/s. Deloitte, U.K. Mr. Poddar has good business and administrative experience. The Company is doing well under his guidance. Mr. Ganpat Lal Agarwalla is associated with the Company since many years in various capacities. He has rich experience in Legal & Court matters and administration. His advice and guidance as a Non Executive Director is very useful for the Company for good Corporate Governance.

Mr. Ballabha Das Mundhra is associated with the Company since 1991 in various capacities. Mr. Mundhra is a Commerce Graduate and has wide financial and administrative. Mr. Jiyut Prasad is associated with the Company since 2014. He is a Commerce & Law Graduate and Associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has rich experience in Legal, Commercial, Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance domains. He looks after compliances & statutory requirements of the Company with regulatory bodies like SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Listing Agreements etc.
